DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Most of our jewellery is made to order, so please allow 1 - 4 weeks for delivery. Once your order is ready (we will notify you via email) your parcel will be delivered via the Royal Mail. Please see below for shipping costs.

Quote bracelets are usually dispatched within 1/2 working days.

UK Delivery COST

All UK orders include FREE delivery. Parcels over £20 in value are sent to UK addresses via Royal Mail’s Special Delivery service, so please make sure someone is in to receive the parcel. You will receive a tracking number and notification of delivery via email.

Any orders under £20 in value are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

OVERSEAS Delivery

We are currently not shipping Internationally or to Europe as standard due to recent Brexit changes. However, please do message if you’ve seen something you like and we will investigate whether we can legally fulfil your order.

 

Returns & Exchanges


We really hope that you love your purchase, but in the unfortunate event that you’re not happy for whatever reason, please see below for our returns policy which applies to all jewellery apart from bespoke orders.

 

Exchanges (UK)

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or a different piece of jewellery all-together, provided all items you are returning are unworn, in perfect, resalable condition and with their packaging.

If you would like to exchange an item you will need to return the item within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the returns form below to get a FREE returns label and let us know which item you would like instead.

Please also obtain proof of postage when dropping off your parcel at a Royal Mail Post Office and then email the tracking number to us to make sure your parcel is insured in case it gets lost in the post.

There is no additional delivery charge for the new exchanged item/items to be sent out.

Returns (UK)

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund provided all items are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must arrive unworn, in perfect, re-saleable condition, with their packaging.

Please complete the returns form below to get a FREE returns label and make sure you obtain proof of postage when dropping your parcel off at a Royal Mail Post Office. Please also obtain proof of postage and email the tracking number to us to make sure your parcel is insured in case it gets lost in the post.

Once we have received the original item/items, we aim to issue a refund within 5 working days.

 

Faulty Items

We aim to ensure all of our products are made to a high standard. However, in the unfortunate event that a fault has occurred or quality is substandard (or it is not the item you have ordered), please contact us via email or use the online form below.


Request a refund or exchange


 

Please contact us via email or using the online form to request an exchange or refund, providing the following details:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • The product name/details

  • Reason for exchange/refund

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for an items that go missing in the post, it is your responsibility to make sure the item is returned safely. The replacement product or refund will not be sent until we have received the original product. You should receive your exchange or refund within 5 working days.
