All jewellery is made to order, so please allow 1 - 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is ready (we will notify you via email) your parcel will be delivered via the Royal Mail. Please see below for shipping costs.
UK Delivery £4.95
Parcels are sent to UK addresses are sent via Royal Mail’s 1st Class Signed For service, so please make sure someone is in to receive the parcel. You will receive a tracking number and notification of delivery via email. (An extra £5.00 is charged per additional item)
European Delivery £9.95
We are happy to send parcels to EU addresses, these are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For. Price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. (An extra £5.00 is charged per additional item)
Rest of World Delivery £9.95
Parcels can be shipped worldwide and are sent via Royal Mail. The price does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. (An extra £5.00 is charged per additional item)
Returns & Exchanges
We really hope that you love your purchase, but in the unfortunate event that you’re not happy for whatever reason, please see below for our returns policy.
We are happy to exchange a product for a different size, a different colour or a different product all-together, provided the item you are returning is still in perfect, resalable condition.
You will need to pay the postage to return the item to us, but there is no additional delivery charge for the exchanged item to be sent out.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a full refund provided all items are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Items must arrive unworn, in perfect, re-saleable condition, with their packaging.
